Hearthstone is Impressions’ house roast, roasted a touch past medium to suit any style of brewing. We brew this coffee in house at Impressions Bakery Cafe on espresso. The aromas and feelings remind us of dark chocolate, a touch of citrus, and the sweetness of brown sugar, much in the way one curls up in front of a warm and cozy fireplace, book in hand.
This washed coffee features the caturra variety grown 2000m above sea level by several small farm holders of the FEDERACION NACIONAL DE CAFETEROS in the Nariño region of Colombia.
We recommend brewing it at 88-92°C.
